Ready to take your training to the next level? Join our specialty barbell class designed to teach you the fundamentals of safe and effective lifting while building strength, confidence, and proper technique.
Over the course of 6 weeks (12 sessions total), you’ll train twice per week with our barbell expert Froy, focusing on the three foundational lifts:
Barbell Squats – Build lower body power and core stability.
Barbell Deadlifts – Develop full-body strength and functional movement.
Barbell Bench Press – Strengthen your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Froy will guide you step by step, ensuring correct form, progressive overload, and a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself safely. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this program is perfect for anyone wanting to master the barbell.
