Froy

Froy’s passion for health and fitness began in his hometown of Central Valley near Bakersfield, CA, where he grew up playing basketball, football, and track. His lifelong commitment to an active lifestyle led him to pursue his personal training certification shortly after high school, and he has been training clients since 2016.
With nearly a decade of experience, Froy has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from youth athletes to active older adults, helping them achieve their fitness goals through structured, personalized programs. His approach combines motivation, accountability, and a strong emphasis on building long-term healthy habits.
Outside of training, Froy enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and their golden retriever, as well as cheering on his favorite teams, the New England Patriots and the Boston Celtics.

  • Get ready to push your limits in this total-body training session designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and grit. This high-energy class combines dynamic bodyweight movements, explosive cardio intervals, and functional strength training for a workout that builds power, speed, and resilience. Every class is unique, keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged, while offering modifications to meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking to burn calories, increase athletic performance, or test your mental toughness, this boot camp will leave you stronger, faster, and more confident with every session.

  • HIIT
  • High Intensity Interval Training: this will be a challenge from start to finish – always a surprise in store – the only guarantees are a calorie blasting workout and a whole lot of fun!

  • Power Hour
  • A high-energy, HIIT-style class designed to build muscular power, enhance core stability, and boost overall endurance. In this session, you'll rotate through fast-paced intervals of strength exercises, explosive movements, and core-focused drills that challenge your body from every angle.

    Expect a dynamic mix of resistance training, functional movement patterns, and high-intensity bursts, all designed to keep your heart rate up and your body engaged. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, with a focus on proper form, scalability, and progression — helping you push your limits and see real results.


  • Barbell Basics 1.0
  • Ready to take your training to the next level? Join our specialty barbell class designed to teach you the fundamentals of safe and effective lifting while building strength, confidence, and proper technique.

    Over the course of 6 weeks (12 sessions total), you’ll train twice per week with our barbell expert Froy, focusing on the three foundational lifts:

    Barbell Squats – Build lower body power and core stability.

    Barbell Deadlifts – Develop full-body strength and functional movement.

    Barbell Bench Press – Strengthen your chest, shoulders, and triceps.

     
    Froy will guide you step by step, ensuring correct form, progressive overload, and a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself safely. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this program is perfect for anyone wanting to master the barbell.
