Martin
Martin became interested in fitness at an early age, from playing soccer, to endurance training, and now focusing on strength training while researching proper training techniques and nutrition. Before he became a Certified Personal Trainer, he coached three of his family members, helping them lose over 150 pounds total. This motivated him to pursue a certification and make it a career, to help others create an active lifestyle and reach their fitness goals.
Outside of the gym he enjoys playing video games and trying out new food spots.
