Hieu has been passionate about health, fitness, and community building for over a decade. His journey began with a personal commitment to fitness, which quickly evolved into a career dedicated to helping others unlock their potential both physically and mentally. Drawing from years of experience as a basketball athlete, a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and wellness advocate, he is now focused on creating a strong, connected, and inspired community.
He believes that fitness is more than just exercise. It’s a platform for growth, connection, and positive change. With his blend of compassion and drive, Hieu empowers both members and trainers to push past limits while maintaining balance and well-being.
When Hieu isn’t on the floor coaching or leading events, he’s likely outdoors teaching yoga in the park, organizing community wellness gatherings, or enjoying nature. He has a deep passion for mental health awareness and often integrates mindfulness and resilience training into his work.
