Hi there! My name is Sweta and I am the newest member of the MTC team! My mission here is to support you on your health and wellness journey using a holistic approach. As a Mental Health Specialist, I understand the importance of leading a yoga class through a trauma-informed lens. I emphasize the practice of mindfulness & relaxation in my yoga classes to help you access your inner wisdom. Come join my yoga class and let’s explore how I can best support you!
