Rudie

Rudie fell in love with the pool at a young and age. She received an Athletic Scholarship to San
Jose State University – specializing in Butterfly and Backstroke. During her career as a NCAA Division I athlete she completed her B.A. in Communication Studies, thus, naturally enjoying teaching,
coaching, and long explanations. Rudie believes everyone can accomplish their aquatic goals
one stroke at a time. On land, Rudie enjoys weightlifting and practicing yoga.

  • TRX HIIT

Get a total body workout and your heart pumping using a combination of the TRX, weights and cardio. This class is perfect for anyone who wants a quick and efficient workout in only 30 minutes.

  • 10 Week Beginner Swim
  • Beginners Swim (Learn to swim) is a forty minute class for adults with little or no swimming experience. Beginner Swim (evening class) is an 8 week long session, meeting twice per week.
    This class is a great way to help build confidence and comfort in the water. Students will learn breathing control, floating, and proper body positions. Beginner Swim will also cover basic swimming strokes and mechanics.
    *Size: 3 swimmers for each 8 week session. No refunds once class begins, unless you are terminated by the onsite company.

  • 5 Week Beginner Swim
  • Beginners Swim (Learn to swim) is a forty minute class for adults with little or no swimming experience. Beginner Swim is an 5 week long session, meeting twice per week.

  • Coached Workout (Master Swim) is a class ran by our resident swim instructor Rudie. This hour long workout is designed to further the development of swimmers who currently know the basics of swimming. Whether you are a casual lap swimmer, triathlete or former collegiate swimmer, this workout is for you. Swimmers can expect a mix of interval based training and stroke refinement.
    *Size: Min of 3 swimmers per class. No Maximum

  • Master Swim UNLIMITED
  • This hour long workout is designed to further the development of swimmers who currently know the basics of swimming. Whether you are a casual lap swimmer, triathlete or former collegiate swimmer, this workout is for you. Swimmers can expect a mix of interval based training and stroke refinement.
    *Size: Min of 3 swimmers per class. No Maximum
     

  • Intro to Masters Swim (Beginner Swim 2)
  • Intro to Masters is the newest addition to our Aquatics Program. This is a 40 minute class- bridging the gap between Beginner Swim and Masters Workouts. Swimmers will become more confident in all four strokes through specialized drills and stroke mechanics. Swimmers will also learn basic interval training and become familiar with structured swimming workouts. (Max 8  swimmers)
    No refunds once class begins, unless you are terminated by your onsite company.

  • Power HIIT is our newest class addition! Be ready for any combination of Weights, TRX, Cycling, Kickboxing, Weights, Core and MORE. You will never know what to expect in this non-stop fusion of Strength and Cardio!
