Jose Sanchez

Jose’s passion for fitness began in the 7th grade when he joined the wrestling team. He continued to wrestle competitively in high school and college. At the college level Jose won the Junior College National Championship and in his senior year earned All-American status by placing 4th at the NAIA National Championships.

Jose graduated from Menlo College with a degree in psychology and looked to advance in the field. While applying to graduate school he took a job as an instructor at a sports performance center teaching kids sports movement and adult boot camp classes. He instantly fell in love with teaching kids and adults about exercise movement. From that point on he decided psychology was not his path and instead pursued a career in fitness.

Amy Truong

Amy is certified as a massage practitioner, personal trainer (NSCA), and fitness nutrition specialist (NASM). She graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Biochemistry and received a M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine with an emphasis in trauma and orthopedics. Amy’s goal is to help her clients reach their fitness goals, understand the importance of nutrition, and advocate for illness prevention through fitness, nutrition, and alternative medicine. She strives to share her knowledge and expertise with her clients so that they may continue to be active lifelong.

Amy enjoys practicing Pilates, running, weightlifting and travelling.
