Frank Barnes

Frank has been immersed in athletics since the age of four. He played soccer in college on an athletic scholarship while completing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Notre Dame De Namur University. After college he continued on to play on various semi-professional teams and is currently the fitness coach for the youth San Jose Earthquakes Academy team. 
With his “can do” attitude, he believes with time and dedication anything is possible!  
 

When Frank isn’t in the gym he is spending time with his daughter at the park or at gymnastics. He enjoys playing pickup soccer, hiking, and the beach.

Anthony Baker

Anthony is a decorated U.S. Marine and Combat Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. After the Marines, he attended Notre Dame De Namur and graduated with his BS in Kinesiology. He continuously educates himself on what is current and on the cutting edge in the fitness industry and is dedicated to sharing his knowledge, guiding and inspiring others to be the best possible versions of themselves.
 
When Anthony is not in the club you can find him training and competing in Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing and Kickboxing, Snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.

Joshua Bennett

Josh fell in love with Sports at a young age. He thrived in AAU, won a High School Championship at Palo Alto High School, and continued on to to compete at the collegiate level. After college, Josh worked in various Sports Therapy Rehab clinics and Fitness Centers throughout the Bay Area which is where he learned the intricacies of human anatomy and biomechanics.

When Josh is not in the gym, he enjoys travelling and playing Basketball.
