Jammin Jackson

Jammin is a decorated U.S. Army Green Beret Special Forces Medical Sergeant, Combat Scuba Diver and Combat Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom. He has a B.S. in Human Biology from UCSD. He enjoys applying his diverse experience in health, fitness, and education to help others meet fitness goals with a commitment to excellence. Jammin stays active with a variety of sports such as football, soccer, basketball, tennis, track & field, marathon running, rock climbing, mountain/ road biking and most recently Mixed Martial Arts. When Jammin is not helping club members reach fitness goals, he is training MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, trail running, swimming, or studying medicine, health, and fitness.
